NAMC "Meet the Prime" – WPC

We're excited to connect you with WPC, a General Contractor based in Orlando specializing in multi-unit construction, including multifamily, senior living, student housing, and hospitality development. WPC operates throughout Central Florida, from Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota on the west coast, up through Ocala and Gainesville to the north, east to Daytona, Melbourne, and Viera, and south to Kissimmee and St. Cloud. They also have a renovations department that travels statewide for core clients like HGV (typically hospitality room renovations), so if renovation work is something your team does, this is a great opportunity to explore. As WPC shifts with the market, they're open to new opportunities and actively expanding their construction markets.
