Project Delivery Workshop

Register for the Collaborative Project Delivery Workshop, hosted by Katie Wells, Vice President, Director of Design Management & Operational Improvement. This session will cover key aspects of project delivery from pricing a project to construction completion.

Workshop Topics Include:

• What is Project Delivery?
• Brasfield & Gorrie's approach 
• How subcontractors, suppliers, vendors are part of the process

Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to join virtual breakout rooms and network with several of Brasfield & Gorrie’s preconstruction managers.

Please note we are aware of the breakout room issues from the previous workshop with the Team platform.  We research best practices and are looking forward to a smooth experience!
